PARCO DELLA STANDIANA S.R.L. a socio unico (HEREINAFTER, "PARCO DELLA STANDIANA"), with Registered Office in Italy, Savio 48125 (Ravenna), Strada Statale 16 Adriatica Km 162 - Fully paid up Nominal Capital € 5.200.000,00 -  Business register (Ravenna Companies Registration Office)  N. 02917670172, VAT N. 01285660393  - subject to the Management and Coordination of Parques Reunidos Servicios Centrales S.A. Madrid (ES) - is the owner of the domains and of the relevant web sites  www.mirabilandia.it and www.mirabeach.mirabilandia.it  as well as the Mirabilandia Mobile Application ("App").

Please note that products and services offered on the Website and the App shall be sold by Parco della Standiana who is, therefore responsible for the sale and/or management of all products and/or services related to Mirabilandia and Mirabeach Parks, pursuant to these standard terms and conditions of purchase (the "Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase").

2. Standard terms and conditions of purchase

These Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall apply to the purchase by the consumer (“User” or “You”), as defined by the Italian Consumer Code as enacted by the Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, of September 6, 2005 (“Consumer Code”), of products and services offered on the Website and on the App sold by Parco della Standiana and comply with the principles of transparency with reference to Legislative Decree No. 26 of March 7, 2023, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/2161.

These Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase have been drawn up in accordance with the Italian Legislative Decree N. 70/2003, of April 9, 2004, on information society services and electronic commerce (“E-Commerce Law”) and the Consumer Code.

These Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase are accessible at any time on the Website and on the App and can be printed and/or stored by the User, as provided by art. 12 of the E-Commerce Law and art. 51 of the Consumer Code.  

3. PRE-PURCHASE INFORMATION

These Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase set out the general conditions applicable to remote purchase - through the Website www.mirabilandia.it and/or the App “Mirabilandia Official App”, that can be installed on your digital device from the Google Play Store or App Store -  of documents valid for admission (“Tickets”)  to Mirabilandia and Mirabeach amusement parks (individually the “Park”, together the “Parks”) owned by Parco della Standiana, as well as any other accessory services including: Catering proposal; the Flash Pass service, to get access to attractions; the Fotopass service, to obtain photos and videos - in digital format - portraying the customer on board the attractions; the "Exclusive Experience”, an experiential proposals inside Mirabilandia Park "; admission to "The Walking Dead”,  the "horror house" attraction which is themed and subject to an entrance fee "; and, with specific reference to Mirabeach Park, also the Superior Gazebos for groups up to 5 people, the Deluxe Gazebos for groups up to 5 people and the so-called "Villas" for groups up to 6 people (more information about the VIP Area here).

These Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase do not apply to the “Mirabilandia+Hotel” package offered for sale by Travelmix Srl, Mirabilandia’s Tour Operator; thus  the  purchase of tourist packages will be regulated by Travelmix S.r.l.’s separate terms and conditions of purchase

The User can consult the different types of documents valid for admission (hereinafter also referred to as the "Tickets” offered by Parco della Standiana, available for online purchase at the following section of the Website. Please note that Tickets and services are issued for a specific date and/ or period indicated in the purchase process. The prices of the Tickets and services offered by Parco della Standiana are indicated in euro and the value of any applicable promotions and discounts will be specified at all times on the Website and the App. When making a purchase, the total price will be broken down into any discounts/promotions applied (as the case may be), charges payable by the User, and other additional costs for ancillary services or use of different means of payment, as established by Article 17a of the Consumer Code.

Browsing the information contained on the Website and on the App is free of charge.

By purchasing any Ticket or any other service offered on the Website and on the App, the User confirms to have carefully read the Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase, as well as any applicable Special Terms and Conditions of Purchase, and to accept its content in full, particularly, (i) the information contained on the Website, (ii) the general information on the product catalog and (iii) the information on any other products or services available on the Website. To this end, the User declares that the Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase, as well as any applicable Special Terms and Conditions of Purchase, are adequate for him to give a valid and informed consent to any purchases.

The User’s rights and obligations during and after the purchase are subject to these Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase and any relevant Special Terms and Conditions of Purchase, and also to the General Park Rules.

The User hereby declares to have the required capacity to be bound by these Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase, to use and, as the case may be, to make purchases on the Website and on the App and also to be subject to the Special Terms and Conditions of Purchase applicable from time to time and which the User declares to know, understand and accept in full. Purchases of Tickets or other services, either for personal use or for the use by third parties, are made under the User’s responsibility. 

With the finalization of the purchase of admission tickets and any ancillary services, the distance contract between Parco della Standiana Srl a socio unico, with Registered Office in Italy, Savio 48125 (Ravenna), Strada Statale 16 Adriatica Km 162 - Fully paid up Nominal Capital € 5.200.000,00 -  Business register (Ravenna Companies Registration Office)  N. 02917670172, VAT N. 01285660393  - subject to the Management and Coordination of Parques Reunidos Servicios Centrales S.A. Madrid (ES) -  Tel 0544/561111 - Email mirabilandia@mirabilandia.it - E-mail Pec/certified e-mail address  mirabilandia@legalmail.it) and the User, pursuant to Article 49 of the Consumer Code. The same information is useful to allow the consumer to contact the company quickly and effectively and also, if the case occurs, to allow the User to address any complaints.

With the online publication of these general conditions of sale, Parco della Standiana, complies with the obligation of information to which it is bound in favor of the consumer, as provided for under Articles 49 and 51 of the Consumer Code.

The General Conditions of Sale exclusively refer to and regulate the products and services offered for sale by Parco della Standiana Srl. It is therefore excluded any regulation, including the consequent responsibility, for the sale of any products and services by third parties that may be viewable on the site through links, banners or other hypertext links. On such sites Parco della Standiana does not perform any control or monitoring of the content and, therefore, is not responsible for potential errors, omissions and/or violations of law by these third parties.

3.1 Publication of online reviews

Parco della Standiana, in compliance with the contents of art. 22 paragraph 5-bis and art. 23 of the Consumer Code, declares that the reviews published on its websites come from customers who have actually purchased the Park's admission tickets and, therefore, are referred to actual purchase experiences that is from reviews published on third-party web sites (e.g. Tripadvisor, Google) that will have the obligation of complying with the above-mentioned legislation.

3.2 Purchase Procedure

To purchase any of the Tickets or any other service available on the Website or on the App, the User must follow the instructions given in every step of the purchase process under the “Book and Buy” section (“Book and Buy”) of the Website and provide all requested information.

Prior to the purchase, the Website will inform the User of the Special Terms and Conditions of Purchase applicable to the Ticket or to the service.

Before placing any purchase order, the User must expressly flag the relevant box as a sign of full understanding and acceptance of the Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase and any other special conditions, as applicable.

Note that children less than 1 meter tall are entitled to free admission both to Mirabilandia and Mirabeach; however, admission to some areas or attractions may be limited to them due to the requested minimum age or height.

3.3 Registration and creation of a customer account on the website

In order to conclude the purchase of a ticket or a service from the Website, it is necessary that the User create his/her own account.

Registration and use of the customer account require that the User provide Parco della Standiana Srl with his/her personal data, some of which are mandatory (i.e. those marked in the input mask).

Therefore, in this case, we process the User's personal data to:

(i) allow you to create your customer account and purchase Parks tickets and/or services;

(ii) verify your profile in case of any changes in personal data in your customer account;

(iii) to send you communications regarding events for which you have purchased tickets and/or services.

With this purpose, the processing is carried out on the basis of Article 6 par. 1 letter b) and f) of the GDPR, i.e. in accordance with our legitimate interest as well as for the purpose of the execution of the contract for the purchase of tickets and services.

Parco della Standiana Srl reserves the right, in any case, to allow access to the service exclusively to Users who have previously successfully completed the registration procedure at www.mirabilandia.it. In this case, upon completion of the registration procedure, the User will receive an OTP code by SMS. We point out that the procedure for confirming the purchase requires the authentication system via OTP*.

The Login and Password are personal and cannot be transferred or given to third parties. The User will be fully responsible for all operations performed using their Login and Password and it will therefore be the User's obligation to keep these data strictly confidential and secret by giving immediate notice to Parco della Standiana Srl in case of their use without authorization from the User.

Parco della Standiana Srl cannot be held responsible in any way for any incorrect or illegitimate use of Login and Password made by the User or by any third party whenever this is not due to its own fault.

*What does the acronym OTP mean? The acronym OTP means "One Time Password" or "password valid only once." The password in question, which is needed to validate the purchase is received on your mobile phone via SMS.

The OTP code is therefore a disposable password, valid only for a single login session or transaction, which guarantees high-security standards and solves the problems associated with the use of the traditional password, this is because the code that is generated is actually uncrackable, as the OTP that is sent, follows an algorithm that creates a random number and its duration is very limited in time (generally the OTP code expires after 30 seconds).

The code received via SMS on your smartphone will only be valid for a single confirmation session at the time it is generated and entered.

As anticipated, the code has a limited time validity, it will have to be entered in the appropriate box to confirm the purchase of the product or service and used within the time limit to prevent it from expiring and a new one having to be requested.

3.4 Legal Documentation and language

These Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase are accessible at any time in the on-line PURCHASE section of Parco della Standiana Website. Please feel free to print and save a copy.

Once the purchase process is completed, the Website will redirect the User to the summary page confirming the purchase. Any errors in filling in the mandatory fields in the purchase form will be reported by the system automatically. Once the User confirms the correctness of the data entered, he/she will be able to proceed with the payment as indicated in Section 3.9 below. The correct completion of the purchase will be confirmed by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the User at the end of the purchase process. The confirmation e-mail will contain the ticket with a unique code and the ticket details, the price applied and the selected payment method. The ticket must be presented, in paper or digital format, at the Park turnstiles. Damaged or tampered tickets will be void.

Payment for the completed transaction will be charged at the conclusion of the payment procedure.

The access ticket constitutes a document with fiscal validity.

The denomination “ticket” also includes the seasonal access ticket (also referred to as Season Ticket or Season Pass).

Upon completion of the online purchase, and once the appropriate Ticket has been issued, no changes or refunds will be admitted except in the circumstances expressly stated in the Special Terms and Conditions of Purchase set forth in Article 3.9 below and/or in the applicable regulations. If payment authorization is denied, Parco della Standiana will not be able to send the admission tickets and any ancillary services specified in the order and cannot be held responsible for any delays or non-delivery. These Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase are written in Italian and English and the purchase process will be completed in the language chosen by the User.

3.5 Admission to the Parks

The Ticket must be presented, in paper or digital format, at the turnstiles of the relevant Park. Damaged tickets or tickets that have been tampered with will be void. Tickets are only valid for the specific date selected at the time of the purchase of the ticket and shown on the ticket itself, or in case of seasonal tickets, for the relevant season period. 

If the User has bought Tickets valid for admission for 2 or 3 consecutive dates, said Tickets will need to be validated in accordance to procedure illustrated at the following link.

The Ticket purchased online is personal. The Ticket purchased through the Website will indicate the name of the purchaser, nonetheless entrance to the Park will be regularly granted also to ticket holders whose name does not correspond to the one printed on the ticket itself. Upon request, a Park employee at the Park entrance may request to exhibit a photo ID.

The ticket to Mirabilandia grants access to all available attractions and shows, with the exception of the attraction The Walking Dead, Motion Sphere Simulators and other possible paid areas. It is not valid to get admission to Mirabeach Waterpark.

The Ticket to Mirabeach grants access to all attractions and to the use of sun umbrellas and sunbeds, subject to availability. The Ticket to Mirabeach does not grant access to Mirabilandia.

The ticket does not include food and refreshment services and products  present inside the Parks,  in merchandise stores, or other products and services not expressly identified at the time of the purchase.

Please note that Park admission tickets are not duplicable and that copies of printed tickets resulting already validated through the certified access control system will not be accepted.

3.6 Technical means

The Website is equipped to inform you of any errors made when entering your data in the on-screen forms shown during the purchase process.

3.7 Amendment of the Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase

These Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase are effective as of the date of their last update (indicated at the end of this document). Pursuant to the requirements of good faith, fairness and transparency Parco della Standiana, for reasons of general technical and organizational requirements related to the need to expand or adapt the services offered through the Website, reserves the right to amend at any time these Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase, the Special Terms and Conditions of Purchase, which may be applicable, and any other general or special conditions, terms of use or notices that may apply. Changes shall become effective immediately upon publication and shall apply only to Users who access the Website after the effective date of such changes. As an additional clarification, in the event that these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase are amended, Parco della Standiana will honor its commitments to Users based on the version of the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase in effect at the time of the User's online purchase of Tickets or services.

Before purchasing any products or services, you may consult the Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase and, if applicable, the Special Terms and Conditions of Purchase. Parco della Standiana reserves the right to amend at any time the Website's layout, location, contents and terms of use.

3.8 Exclusion of the right of withdrawal. Changes and refunds

Unless expressly stated in the Special Conditions of Purchase of the product and/or service, no exchanges, changes, or refunds are allowed for tickets, products, or services purchased for a specific date or a specific "use by a certain date" period, in accordance with the provisions of Article 59 letter n) of the Consumer Code, subject to the provisions of Article 6 below.

Accordingly, by purchasing the Tickets or services, the User accepts that as a result of the specific characteristics of that Ticket or service, no right of withdrawal ("cooling-off" period) applies to the purchase.

3.9 Price and method of payment

The price of your chosen Ticket or services is shown before the purchase and includes any applicable taxes.

The Website supports the following payment methods: credit card, Amazon pay, PayPal and and Klarna.

On the basis of the collaboration agreement between Parco della Standiana/Parques Reunidos Group and the credit institution Klarna Bank AB, the User, by selecting "Klarna" as payment method,  may decide whether to choose the "Pay Now" payment option, which involves a single immediate payment by secure bank transfer at the time of the purchase, or one of the following deferred payment options: (i) "Pay later or BNPL 30", which involves paying the entire purchase amount within 30 (thirty) days from the time of purchase; or (ii) "Pay over time or Slice-it in 3", which involves spreading the purchase amount into 3 (three) interest-free installments, the first of which will be charged as soon as the purchase is concluded, while the two more installments will be charged in the following 60 (sixty) days. In the event that one or more installments are not paid by the due date, the User shall be charged a late payment fee.

It should be noted that in the payment options "Pay later or BNPL 30" or "Pay over time or Slice-it in 3" the credit in the form of deferred payment is not granted by Parco della Standiana or the Parques Reunidos Group but by the credit institution Klarna Bank AB.  

In fact, pursuant to the banking and financial regulations, Parco della Standiana and the Parques Reunidos Group do not carry out any reserved activities in Italy, nor any preparatory or preliminary work to the granting of the credit. Therefore, Parco della Standiana and the Parques Reunidos Group shall have no liability with respect to the contractual relationship that may be entered into between Klarna Bank AB and the User.

Parco della Standiana guarantees that appropriate measures have been taken and that such measures comply with current technology security standards, such as "Verisign". Access to transactional services and services involving the collection of personal data is done in a secure environment using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol with 128-bit high security encryption. The secure server establishes a connection so that information is sent encrypted. This ensures that any content transmitted is only intelligible to the "client" computer and Parco della Standiana server. Users can verify they are in a secure environment if a closed padlock appears in the status bar of their browser. The security of the Parco della Standiana servers is guaranteed by a certificate issued by VeriSign. This certificate guarantees that Users communicate their data to a server of Parco della Standiana.

As part of its commitment to fraud prevention, Parco della Standiana will cooperate with the payment platforms that may be used for the purchase of products available on the Website, and with the competent authorities, by providing the necessary information about any transaction, always in strict compliance with all applicable legal requirements.

3.10 Incorporation of the Special Terms and Conditions of Purchase and the Operating Rules

By purchasing any product on the Website, you accept the Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase, the Special Terms and Conditions of Purchase applicable to the Products and services purchased, and the Park's operating rules, which can be found at this link. Please read them carefully before proceeding with the purchase.

3.11 Privacy

Parco della Standiana will process User’s data in accordance with the applicable law on the processing of personal data and in accordance with the specific Privacy Policy that can be consulted at the web address www.mirabilandia.it/privacy-legal-policy and, for season pass subscribers please refer to the specific information published at www.mirabilandia.it/regolamento-abbonati

3.12 Intellectual Property Rights

The trademarks, logos, websites www.mirabilandia.it and www.mirabeach.mirabilandia.it including content, information, images and published materials are the exclusive property of Parco della Standiana Srl and may not be reproduced, either in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Parco della Standiana Srl.

5. APPLICABLE LAW, JURISDICTION AND ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase and the Special Terms and Conditions of Purchase are regulated by the Italian law.

Any dispute relating to the application, execution and interpretation of these Standard Terms & Conditions of Purchase is subject to the jurisdiction of court of the place where the User resides or where he/she has elected domicile.

The User, residing in a member state of the European Union other than Italy, may also have access, for any dispute relating to the application, execution and interpretation of these Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase and the Special Terms and Conditions of Purchase to the European procedure established for small claims, by Regulation (EC) No 861/2007 of the Council, of 11 July 2007, provided that the value of the dispute does not exceed, excluding interest, fees and expenses, Euro 2,000.00. The text of the regulations is available on the website www.eur-lex.europa.eu.

In any case, the User has the right to bring a dispute arising from these conditions before the ordinary court of relevant jurisdiction, as well as the possibility, where applicable, to initiate an out-of-court settlement of disputes relating to consumer relations through the procedures referred to in Part V, Title II - bis of the Consumer Code.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONCERNING SPECIFIC PRODUCTS

6. SPECIAL CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO admission tickets PURCHASED online (open date)

  • Your Ticket allows access to the  Park or Parks specified at the time of the purchase online.
  • Please do not tear, tamper with or photocopy your Ticket. In any of these circumstances, you may be refused admission to the Park.
  • You may access the Park directly by showing the turnstiles staff your printed Ticket or a digital version of it.
  • If you make a mistake when purchasing a ticket on Mirabilandia website or App (e.g., you purchase admission tickets for a different visit date than the scheduled visit date or you purchase reduced admission tickets instead of full-fare admission tickets), any change of date within the same Park opening season and/or any difference between the ticket sale price charged at the Park ticket offices on the actual day of the visit and the price already paid online may be varied and/or paid directly at Mirabilandia Vacanze office located at the Park entrance.
  • Your Ticket will be valid for the date or period shown and during the opening hours listed on the Park's website.
  • The user is required to consult the calendars and opening/closing times related to Mirabilandia Park and/or Mirabeach Water Park, according to the Park/s they wish to visit, that are available and updated on the reference websites of each park.
  • Each admission ticket has a unique control barcode that allows ONLY ONE ACCESS to the Park. Once validated, your ticket cannot be used at a later date, except for Tickets valid for 2 or 3 consecutive dates.
  • The access to the Park for tickets valid the 2nd or 3rd consecutive day must be validated at the dedicated totems during the first visit day, before leaving the Park.
  • You are allowed to leave the Park and re-enter on the same day provided that you request the appropriate stamp, which you can obtain from the staff at the entrance. In the absence of such a stamp, which must be shown along with the entrance ticket, re-entry will no longer be permitted.
  • If you have purchased a ticket subject to special conditions (people over 60; reduced-fare for  children) you may be asked to prove your eligibility at the time of entry by showing an official document (ID card, disability card, etc.).
  • The entrance ticket, once validated at the turnstiles, it is not refundable. Please keep your ticket during your whole stay in the Park and show it to the Park staff and/or the competent Authorities upon request.
  • Resale of tickets to third parties is prohibited.
  • Due to maintenance needs or lack of electricity some attractions may not be usable on the chosen date of access to the Park, as well as in case of adverse weather conditions (e.g. bad weather, rain, low temperatures) some attractions may be stopped for safety reasons. In none of the above cases is there a refund of the ticket, not even a partial refund.
  • Please be advised that the Park may be closed due to bad weather conditions or for reasons of Park capacity, safety, or public health. In such a case, Parco della Standiana will strive to notify you as soon as possible via the Website and official social media profiles and will propose you a new date for the use of your ticket or any effective remedy.
  • The Park general rules and regulations, which also contain operational information on the use of the Park attractions, can be found here.
  • The purchase and use of any item available online implies your acceptance of the online purchase terms and conditions, and your acceptance of the Park Operating Rules.

 7. SPECIAL CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO ONLINE MENUS 

  • This is an extra service and therefore it is NOT included in the price of the Park entrance ticket.          
  • The following types of menus, which include the meals detailed below, are available for purchase at the listed Parks/restaurants:

MIRABILANDIA PARK

  • FAST FOOD MENU - €8.90 – available at the following locations and including the following items:
    • Slice of Pizza, fries and soft drink at Dino's Pizza Time;
    • Hot Dog, fries and soft drink at Dino's Pizza Time or Katun Grill;
    • Great Classics McMenu at McDonald's.
  • RESTAURANTS MENU - €16.90 - available at the following locations and including the following items:
    • Full menu including first course, second course, side dish and soft drink (gluten-free options are also available, at your choice) at Drive In self-service and Toro Seduto Saloon
    • Scrambler Burger or Veg Burger with fries and soft drink at Scrambler BBQ restaurant.
  • CHILD ALL INCLUSIVE MENU €24.90/€29.90 or ADULT €29.90/€39.90 (rates vary according to seasonal period) available at all Park eateries except McDonald's Restaurant, Scrambler BBQ and Azuki Sushi); it includes a menu consisting of three items (main dish, side dish and soft drink) that can be picked up every 60 minutes throughout the day.   • CLICK & COLLECT MENU – This service allows you to place an order and make a purchase online, selecting from a wide range of menus, food and beverage;  the pickup will be made at Dino's Pizza Time restaurant at the time of your choice . The day of pickup must be the same as the day of purchase. Table reservation is not included.

MIRABEACH PARK

  • FAST FOOD MENU – 10.90€ available at Cayo Largo Restaurant; you can select one of  the following options, at your choice:
    • XXL Hot Dog or Burger, fries side dish and soft drink;
    • Fruit salad and soft drink.
  • CLICK & COLLECT MENU – This service allows you to place an order and make a purchase online, selecting from a wide range of menus, food and beverage; the pickup will be made at Cayo Largo restaurant at the time of your choice. The day of pickup must be the same as the day of purchase. Table reservation is not included.
 
  • If some of the above listed items will not be available for reasons beyond the control of our catering services, they will be replaced by a similar or better product.
  • Complete allergen information is available at the relevant eatery. The Park declines any responsibility if you consume a product to which you are allergic or intolerant.
  • By making your purchase you obtain a Menu-Ticket. You can print it or keep a digital version (on your device), to be presented at the relevant eatery during the opening hours of each venue. Please consult in advance the opening hours corresponding to the day of your visit. In the case of Click&Collect you will receive an email on your device with a special code to present at the relevant eatery.
  • Please be careful not to lose your Menu-Ticket, as you will have to present it at the relevant eatery to get your menu. In the case of All Inclusive Menu, the Menu-Ticket must be presented at Mirabilandia Vacanze Office (Travelmix), located at the entrance of Mirabilandia Park, to obtain a special wristband, which must be worn and displayed at the selected venue when picking up the selected Menu. Do not tear, tamper with, damage or photocopy your Ticket. In any of these circumstances your Menu-Ticket menu will be void.
  • Parco della Standiana reserves the right to close any catering facilities for reasons of capacity, safety, food security and public health.
  • Since this is a supplement to a Park entrance ticket, the right of withdrawal is excluded and, therefore, no changes or refunds will be allowed under Article 59 of the Legislative Decree establishing the Consumer Code.
  • The purchase and use of any service available online implies your acceptance of the online Purchase terms and conditions, and your acceptance of the Park Operating Rules.

8. SPECIAL CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO ”FLASH PASS" PURCHASES 

  • This is an extra service and therefore it is NOT included in the price of the Park entrance ticket.     
  • The Flash Pass is a "time-saver" system that, through the purchase and usage of a card or wristband allows its owner to shorten waiting times to board the main attractions by using a privileged access.
  • Flash Pass, if purchased online, is usable only on the chosen date. The right of withdrawal is excluded and, therefore, no changes or refunds are allowed under Article 59 of the Consumer Code.
  • Flash Pass purchased online must be picked up, upon presentation of proof of purchase, at the ticket offices or at the Customer Service Desk located inside the Park.
  • Flash Pass holders are required to comply with any restrictions on access to attractions (e.g., height limits, age, etc.), as per Park regulations.
  • Access to the attractions is not allowed to people who do not properly wear the wristband on their wrist or who do not show the card to the ride staff to allow its validation.
  • From the reserved entrance dedicated to Flash Pass holders, the waiting time will be shorter than in the regular line; however, it may be necessary to wait a few minutes to access the attraction.
  • In case of loss or damage, the Flash Pass cannot be duplicated.
  • To ensure quality of service and minimal wait time, all Mirabilandia Park Flash Passes are subject to limited availability.
  • In the event of unavailability of one or more attractions, Flash Passes are non-refundable.
  • At attractions where access is shared with people with disabilities, people with disabilities will always get preferential access. 
  • To allow all people in line to ride attractions by closing time (regular and Flash Passes queue lines), access to attractions may be closed early.
  • There are different types of Flash Passes, whose features are detailed here, from which you can choose the one that best suits your needs.

A. Flash Pass Regular

Flash Pass Regular offers shorter waiting times at the list of selected rides available here (only once per ride).

The Flash Pass does not entitle you to choose your ride seat preference.

The Flash Pass is not personal and may be transferred. 

B. Flash Pass Gold

Flash Pass Gold allows a shorter waiting time - with no limit - to access a list of selected rides available here.

Flash Pass Gold does not entitle you to choose your ride seat preference.

The use of Flash Pass Gold wristband is personal and non-transferable.

C. Flash Pass One Shot: please note that the Flash Pass One Shot can only be purchased at the Park; it allows 1 access to 1 attraction of your choice from the list available here. The Flash Pass One Shot ticket is not personal, it can be transferred. It does not allow preferential access to the first rows of the chosen attraction.

9. SPECIAL CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO PURCHASES OF "FOTOPASS" IN MIRABILANDIA PARK

  • This is an extra service, therefore it is NOT included in the price of the Park entrance ticket.   
  • The service allows Park customers to obtain, in digital format, all photos and videos showing the customer on board the Park attractions included in the Fotopass circuit, as listed here. (With the exception of: Photobooth, Foto Wanted, Foto Mini Rapide, Meet&Greet Photos, Bimbopoli Art Portraits and Far West Valley.)
  • The service is available in two different ways: daily, usable during the day of the visit or annual, valid for the entire season.

DAILY FOTOPASS

  • To take advantage of the service, upon arrival at the Park the customer must go to one of the Photo Points located at each attraction or at the Central Photo Point inside the Outlet della Baia Shop and present the Fotopass Ticket certifying the purchase of the service (a printed version or in digital format, through a mobile device). Then he/she will have to download the relevant JP App (available on Apple Store and Play Store) and wear the relevant wristband that the Park staff will give them.

ANNUAL FOTOPASS

  • In the case of an Annual Fotopass, the service must be activated every time the customer comes to the Park and wants to use the service. The customer must therefore go to any Photo Point or to the "Central Photo Point" and, through the JP App, prove that he or she is the holder of an annual Fotopass. The operator will make the system generate a QR code for the activation of the Fotopass on that day, then the customer will be allowed to collect his or her wristband, valid on that day. 

HOW TO USE FOTOPASS

  • Once the customer has got off attraction, she/he must go to the Photo Point of the attraction itself, show the staff the wristband that identifies him/her as a Fotopass user, locate the photo and/or video on the monitor - showing him/her on board - and point it out to the operator.  The operator will show him or her a QR code on the monitor, to be scanned via the Fotopass app. A green tick will indicate that the QR code has been scanned correctly. In a short time the customer will receive photos and/or videos on the app, available for download for 15 days. After 15 days, it will not be possible to retrieve the photos and/or videos in any way.
  • The wristband is strictly personal, non-transferable and valid only on the day of its collection. In the event of loss or damage, the wristband is not duplicable and/or replaceable in any way. It must always be worn correcty; in case of improper handling/use, Management reserves the right to withdraw it immediately. The Fotopass is also non-refundable in case of a possible temporary closure/unavailability of some attractions in the Park, for any problems encountered in photo and video facilities or photo points. Fotopass holders may only request photos and videos showing themselves. The staff reserves the right not to upload photos and/or videos whose contents are considered not complying with the rules of the Park regulations (with particular reference to safety and decorum) and the Privacy Act. The Fotopass system does not provide for hard copy printing of photos and/or DVD reproduction of videos. The Management disclaims any responsibility for any errors in the selection of photos and/or videos by the Client.

10. SPECIAL CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO “EXCLUSIVE EXPERIENCE” PURCHASES IN MIRABILANDIA PARK

This is an extra service, therefore it is NOT included as part of the Park’s ticket admission fee or Annual Pass. The service includes an Experience Package, usable by a group of up to 4 people, which includes: reserved seats for 4 people to watch the show Zorro - the Musical, at the Pepsi Theatre; reserved seats for 4 people to watch the Stunt Show "Hot Wheels City, The New Challenge" at the Stunt Arena; 1 entrance ticket to The Walking Dead, the Horror House; experience in the car while being driven by our stunt man for 1 person; 1 On Board Video of the  experience in the car on a USB flash drive; 1 complimentary Exclusive Experience cap.

  • The Exclusive Experience purchased online is usable only on the chosen date, the right of withdrawal is excluded and, therefore, no changes or refunds are allowed pursuant to Article 59 of Italian Legislative Decree, enacting the Italian Consumer Code.
  • Exclusive Experience users are required to comply with all restrictions concerning access to the attractions (height limits, age, etc.), as per the Park's regulations.
  • The car experience is reserved to only one person, who must be older than 18 years, either the buyer of the Exclusive Experience Package or one of the his/her companions in the group.
  • It is necessary to read the regulations and comply with their contents, before participating in the car experience with our stuntmen.

11. SPECIAL CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO PURCHASES OF "THE WALKING DEAD"

  • This attraction, an Horror House, is additional, therefore it is NOT included in the price of the Park entrance ticket or season pass subscription.
  • Access to the attraction is allowed only to holders of the required additional ticket.
  • The ticket purchased online can only be used on the selected day, the right of withdrawal is excluded and, therefore, no changes or refunds are allowed under Article 59 of the Consumer Code.
  • Holders of a ticket valid for accessing "The Walking Dead" are required to comply with any access restrictions (height limits, age, etc.), as per Park regulations.
  • You must beat least fourteen years old or older to access the attraction; from 12 to 14 years of age an accompanying adult is required.

12. SPECIAL CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO PURCHASES OF SUPERIOR GAZEBOS, DELUXE GAZEBOS AND VILLAS PRESENT IN THE VIP AREAS OF MIRABEACH WATER PARK

  • These services constitute an additional charge and, therefore, are NOT included in the price of the Mirabeach Park entrance ticket. 
  • The services are available exclusively on the day of entrance to Mirabeach.
  • The services offer the possibility of enjoying different levels of personalized treatment and benefits, detailed in specific Packages,
  • Packages include some services enjoyed by a group of people (minimum 1, maximum 5/6 people (depending on the Package, as detailed below). 
  • All people in the group must be in possession of a regular admission ticket for entering Mirabeach Park.

A. Superior Gazebo Package - Accessible to a maximum of 5 people.

It allows you to stay for a day in a VIP Area gazebo (a shaded, private facility) and includes the following services: use of beach loungers and sofa, safe deposit box to keep personal items safe; welcome fruit basket and mineral water upon arrival; shower facility reserved for the guests of the VIP Area, a dedicated cash desk for purchases to be made at the Cayo Largo Restaurant.

B. Deluxe Gazebo Package - Accessible to a maximum of 5 people.

Allows you to stay for one day in VIP Area Gazebo (a private, shaded structure). It includes not only the same services offered by the Gazebo Superior Package, but also: lunch for 5 people (with your choice of menu at the Cayo Largo restaurant or with direct delivery to the gazebo, upon request), dedicated discount for the purchase of the Beach Pass, (the "time-saving" system to access Mirabeach attractions).

C. Villa Package - Accessible to a maximum of 6 people.

It allows you to stay for a day in the so-called "Villa," located in the VIP Area (an elegant, elevated, shaded and private gazebo structure) complete with furnishings, and includes the following services: use of beach loungers and a sofa, smart TV, safe deposit box to keep personal belongings safe; welcome fruit basket and mineral water upon arrival, stocked mini bar, upon arrival, shower facility reserved for the guests of the Villa Area,  a dedicated cash desk for purchases to be made at the Cayo Largo restaurant, buffet lunch for 6 people, delivered directly to the "villa," dedicated discount for the purchase of the Beach Pass, (the "time-saving" system to access Mirabeach attractions, purchasable only within Mirabeach).

Balinese Sunbeds: please note that the Balinese Sunbeds present in the VIP Area of Mirabeach represent an additional service as well but this service can only be purchased inside the Park.
